By using CleyflowAI you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
CleyflowAI is an AI-powered communication platform for service businesses.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring all communications comply with applicable laws.
4. Payment Terms
Setup fee due before onboarding. Monthly fee due on billing date. 14-day grace period on late payment. Suspension after 14 days.
5. Data Ownership
Client owns all their data. CleyflowAI processes but does not own client data.
6. Service Availability
99% uptime commitment. Maintenance windows notified 24 hours in advance.
7. Termination
Client may cancel with 30 days written notice. Data exported on request. Data deleted after 60 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
CleyflowAI's liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Republic of Kenya.
