To operate and improve CleyflowAI services. To provide AI-powered communication features. To send important service notifications. Never sold to third parties. Never used for advertising.
4. Data Security
AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Row-level security — your data is completely isolated from other businesses. Access tokens only — we never store your WhatsApp or Instagram passwords. Regular security audits.
5. Data Isolation
Each business on CleyflowAI has a completely isolated private workspace. No other business can access your data. CleyflowAI staff only access data for support purposes with explicit client permission.
6. Third Party Services
Meta Business API (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) — official integration only. Supabase — enterprise database with SOC 2 compliance. Claude AI — message processing only, no data retention.
7. Your Rights
Access your data anytime. Export your data as CSV. Delete your account and all associated data. Request data correction.
